12/16/'09	Shepard vs. Wilmette First meet of the year and SMS is off to a flying start. However, my photography was not. I arrived late and my camera lens was fogged up for the first few matches. Sorry about that - I did get shots of the last few wrestlers.
1/11/'10	Shepard vs. Northwood SMS was strong and won their second match of the season.
1/14/'10	Shepard vs. Sandburg The closest we've ever come to beating Sandburg (to my knowledge). It came down to the last match which they won by forfeit.
1/16/'10-1	Hawthorn Tournament: Shepard vs. Wilmette A strong start by SMS wrestlers. For those who did not make it. The format was six schools wrestling on three mats in three simultaneous dual meets. The shools then rotated to another mat and took on another school. So the boys wrestled in 5 separate dual meets over the day.
1/16/'10-2	Hawthorn Tournament: Shepard vs. Hawthorn North A much tougher match than the first.
1/16/'10-3	Hawthorn Tournament: Shepard vs. Caruso Caruso was undermanned and SMS won their third match of the day.
1/16/'10-4	Hawthorn Tournament: Shepard vs. Oak Grove Another close dual meet. 4 down and 1 to go.
1/16/'10-5	Hawthorn Tournament: Shepard vs. Hawthorn South Shepard finished the day wrestling Hawthorn South.
1/19/'10	Shepard vs. Aptakisic I got there very late and only have Landen & Kevin pictures.
1/21/'10	Shepard vs. Twin Groves Another win for Shepard.
1/23/'10	Caruso Tournament A phenomenal third place finish for the Shepard. Twelve boys made it into the championship round.
2/3/'10	Shepard vs. Deerpath Shepard went on the road and brought home another team victory. Only pictures from the last few matches. Sorry. . . I'll get more at the tournament!
2/6/'10	Shepard Tournament Shepard wrestlers were awesome and they won the team title - out of 8 schools!
2/10/'10	Shepard vs. Hawthorn North vs. Lake Villa A tri-meet on 2 mats.
2/13/'10	Gemini Middle School Tournament A tournament with 12 schools and Shepard did amazingly well. One champion, one second place, two third places, four fourth places, two fifth places and a sixth place finish!
2/17/'10	Shepard vs. MacArthur MacArthur was very tough.
2/23/'10	Shepard vs. Holmes What a great match to end the regular season with. A solid win for Shepard. THANKS to Coach Stan, Coach Paul & Coach Dan!
2/27/'10	Regional Tournament Shepard came in fourth as a team and and qualified 11 wrestlers for Sectional next weekend. Congratulations to Nick, Andrew, Joey, Brian, Jeff, Brady, Alex, Colton, Landen, Johnny & Kevin!
3/6/'10	Sectional Tournament Congratulations to Andrew, Joey, Brady, Colton, & Johnny. Good luck at State meet!
