9/22: Sunday Morning Loons: First day of fall. Ride began with sighting of a juvenile Bald Eagle in Winter Harbor. The Loons near me were not happy. Headed to Mink Island adopted loon family. Saw the adult and chick. Yeah! Adult came up with a huge fish, which I never did see get swallowed. Then headed to Whortleberry Island and saw the adult and 2 chicks.
